Not the boat, the bird!
A huge advantage of digital photography is that I was able to "waste" a lots of shots just to get this one. This gorgeous female frigate was captured at Isla Contoy, a Mexican national park that is renowned for its nesting grounds. Frigates have a wing span of nearly three meters (90 inches) and an overall length of about a meter.
