I am spending a couple of days in Ottawa for a few meetings at the NRC. Yesterday's gathering finished at 3 PM and I was looking forward to visiting the local aviation museum, ten minutes down the road. As I drove into the almost empty parking lot, my meeting-addled brain allowed me to believe that I'd have most of the place to myself.
I took this shot then walked to the front door where I was greeted by a small sign: Open Wednesday to Sunday.
Damm!
