Guest photoblogger: Francois - The day time stood still
On New Year's Day 2004, I was in Villers Poterie in central Belgium where my wife grew up.
An unusual snowfall fell during the night and, in the morning, everything just stood still. Sounds were muffled. Colors were dimmed. It was as if the new year was taking its sweet time getting started.
