End of the raibow
With the notable exception of my sciatic nerve, my back pains have somewhat abated but I'm not completely out of it. Once I finally regain some mobility, I have the nasty habit of overdoing things which not only delays healing but can also trigger a secondary "episode". I think that this is what happened on Sunday.
