Hail Ants!
My third (and final, for now) gallery is now ready. Head on to: Isla Mujeres
On a completely unrelated note, we had ourselves and election yesterday. About two weeks ago, as it was looking as if the Conservatives (aka Canadian Republicans) would win I knew exactly how to welcome our new overlords. Fortunately voters decided that self-punishment can only go so far. Not one to let anything funny go to waste, I give you:

Canada got itself a new Republican-styled government. As an employee of said government, I think I can best describe my feelings by quoting Kent Brockman from the Simpsons.
"Ladies and gentlemen, er, we've just lost the picture, but, uh, what we've seen speaks for itself. The Corvair spacecraft has been taken over — 'conquered', if you will — by a master race of giant space ants. It's difficult to tell from this vantage point whether they will consume the captive earth men or merely enslave them. One thing is for certain, there is no stopping them; the ants will soon be here."
"And I, for one, welcome our new insect overlords. I'd like to remind them that as a trusted TV personality, I can be helpful in rounding up others to...toil in their underground sugar caves."
Just replace Corvair spacecraft with Parliament Hill, giant space ants with Conservatives and TV personality with scientist and it will make much more sense.
