The Polar Bears Club
I usually hate November because there is nothing to do. It's too cold to do summer things, the leaves are gone and snow is still a few weeks away. Christiane suggested that we go to the Polar Bears Club, a well known spa in the Laurentides.
Spending the afternoon in a bathing suit when the air temperature is at a balmy 0ºC was much more enjoyable than I expected. Now I'll have to try this in February.
Behind the waterfall is a small cave that was so full of steam that you could extend you arm and almost lose sight of your hand. Very cool.
